JACK HEBRANK, Ph.D., CACR
Jack Hebrank, Ph.D. (affectionately known as "Hawk") works alongside his wife Marcia as a healer, core shamanic practitioner and teacher, and spiritual intuitive. He is a scientist/engineer, and is also trained as a modern dancer. Jack is a graduate of the 3-Year Program in Advanced Shamanic Healing and Initiations through The Foundation for Shamanic Studies. He is a Faculty Member with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, co-teaching in Durham, NC with Marcia. He has trained in traditional Usui Reiki, Astrology, Mediumship, Shamanic Dreamwork, and Archangelic Light Healing. He is a Harner Shamanic Counselor, and is trained in Soul Retrieval, Psychopomp Work, and Shamanic Divination. Jack has been trained by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D. as a Certified Angel Intuitive® and a Certified Angel Card Reader™ (CACR) and had multiple trainings with her son, Charles Virtue. His innately practical, analytical nature, coupled with a creative, joyful soul and compassionate heart make him the perfect complement for the healing and intuitive work that he and Moon do together with their clients.
Jack has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Duke. He was faculty and taught undergraduate and graduate courses for eighteen years in the NC State University Dept of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He is well read in parapsychology and currently on the Rhine Research Board of Directors (president from 2020 to 2023). He was part of an NSF grant to improve engineering education which lead to a curiosity about kinesthetic learners resulting in a decade of training in Limon dance from Clay Taliaferro and Betty Jones.
